The MSM Geneva team recently stepped away from the office for a unique team-building experience at SENSAS Geneva.
Designed around the five senses, SENSAS challenged the team to navigate a series of immersive activities, many in near-total darkness, relying on communication, trust and collaboration to complete each challenge.
Beyond the fun and unexpected moments, the experience was a great opportunity to strengthen team spirit, encourage collaboration and create shared memories outside our usual professional environment.
The experience also has a meaningful social dimension, as each successfully completed challenge earns an amulet that SENSAS converts into a donation to its partner organisation, Plusport, supporting people with disabilities through sport.
